In fairness Bueno was on loan, and Commons decided to join Celtic despite us offering a contract that met his demands.

What was the contract that we offered him? And where can I find evidence of what his demands were?

There is a big difference between Miles and our next Paul McGrath "jake Buxton", Addision wont be happy with the 2 minutes appearance that happens when we are winning or drawing (or looking for playmaker for our counter attacks when we are 2-0 down as somone on here told me!).

It dont look like Addision will get into our defence, he is not/was not mobile enough last time I saw him play, and therefore strugles to get into the side, he has probably knocked on NC's door and asked for a move away so he can get time on the pitch, and it benefits our "budget" to agree with this.

We arent going to get promoted this season, and we arent going down, so as he is earning more than £2.50 a good move for all, most of all IMO Bournemouth a club showing some ambition, mind you they will probably go bust spending all this money :)

there is no evidence, but when 5 posters quote the same phrase it becomes fact.
Hope that helps.

Commons chose to go to Celtic and I don't blame him or criticise Nigel for that (although you'll remember Nigel's comments about Commons contribution when he left). But take those comments in mind, he dropped Bueno long before he went back on loan, he's sold Cywka despite signing him, he's dropped Davies despite him being Commons replacement (we need a player who is more consistent with his delivery into the box - remember that?). Nigel has signed a fair few players whilst here, including Ward that's 4 creative players that he's signed and 1 that still gets a game. I expect Ward will be moved higher up the pitch or dropped soon for a more solid midfield to grind out more results.

The club said it. Believe or don't believe them, it's up to you.

I do.

Miles' chances were always going to be limited whilst we're only playing two central midfielders. As part of a middle three, sitting in and breaking up the oppositions attacks a fully fit Miles would be a perfect fit. The only problems are that (A) according to pretty much anyone who's seen him lately has said, he's far from being in tip top shape (B) Nigel has defaulted to 4-4-2 as we're not clever enough or have the players to go 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 4-5-1 or 4-1-3-2...

Other problem is Nigel's stubborn need to want his all midfielders to run from box to box. There's no room for defensive or attacking midfielders.

Miles looking for permanent move to Bournemouth.

"It is a bit strange what is going on at Derby," added Addison.

Yep, sure is.

it sounds like he has been lead to believe that he would have been playing and it hasn't materialised.

It comes to something when one of own players is saying stuff like that about the club doesn't it? Sad times.

Interesting that Nigel doesn't like creative, "fancy dan" types and is building a team around solid, workhorse type midfielders... Doesn't stop them getting over-run every bloody game!

Midfield was so lightweight tonight it was untrue. Crying out for an Addison type player to put his toe in, especially first half. Lost count of the number of times we were knocked off the ball. Carroll may be pretty on the ball but he hasn't created a goal yet and gave the ball away for the goal.
