Seeing Claude Davis on TV today made me think, what has happened to the players NC has sold or released.

Are they playing, if so, what level are they playing at. Finally, are they at a better level or playing better than his signings?

I'll start us off with a few thoughts from this afternoon.

Claude playing for Crawley, near top of DivTwo. Playing regularly.

Kris Commons, started really well at Celtic, playing regularly and scoring goals. This season, he's only played 12 games, scoring no goals, getting sent off and missing a penalty.

Martin Albrechtsen is back in Denmark playing for Middyland (or similar) and has played 50 games in two seasons.

Rib Hulse has played over 20 times for QPR scoring twice. Now in the prem, he has played once this season.

Feel free to add more.

Barazite and Sunu just came to the end of loan periods, so don't count.

Three more

Pringle is at Rotherham and has played 7 times this season.

Sterjovski is still playing in the Aussie League and has scored 15 in 63 appearances in 2,5 seasons.

Feilhaber after 3 seasons in Denmark where he played 67 games he is now with New England Revolution. He has only played once for USA in the last two years.

Jordan Stewart played 23 games for Sheff Utd before being released, played a dozen games fir Xanthi in Greece then signed for Millwall in July. So far he has played 4 games this season.

Paul Connolly went to Leeds and has played 47 games out of a possible 80.

Teale plays for St Mirren, not a regular starter. Not sure how many games he has played there either.

Lee Hendrie has just been declared bankrupt. Played for a numerous amount of teams since us. Not settled anywhere.

Wonder what has happened to Ploppy and Kaz. Probably not a lot.

Pereplotkins is playing in the Uzbek League.

Zadkovich is in the Aussie League but has only played 24 games in the last two seasons.

Bueno is back Real Valladolid in Liga B, but doesn't appear to be a regular starter this season, but that bit is a bit hazy.

Porter has scored 5 in 25 in Div One.

Moxey has only played in a third of Palace's games this year.

Ok, but not killing anyone.

We only had Campbell on loan, we didn't release or sell him.

The point is, how many of the players we have released or sold are playing at s better level or playing better at this level than the players NC has brought in to replace them, at half the cost.
