Totally disagree, he gave nearly 10yrs to spurs and left for Arsenal to win trophies, and he clearly did. He was at Arsenal for 5yrs until Wenger let him go, then he fulfilled his contract at Portsmouth and they let him go. The Notts County thing was obviously misguided and a blip on his otherwise excellent professional career. He's now old and trying to enjoy the game whilst he can, I doubt he needs the money, just wants to be involved. Fantastic leader for England and scored an excellent not-goal against Argentina when we went on to win the World Cup in 1998 (thanks referee you pr*ck!).
