If anyone was lucky enough to have the match day chat on vs West Ham, he appeared at the end of the first half, only to moan about if the last 5 minutes were anything to go by, then we were rubbish and just playing hoofball. Until now, he doesn't actually know we scored!
The second half was dire, absoloutely dire.. As we have been most of the season.. Oh and this season we still haven't scored in the last 15 minutes..
Did you start supporting Derby in 2008? Have you never seen us play good football? Is this football now good enough for you?
Jesus, seriously some people..

Game of the season atack attack attack (because we can't defend) maybe a sending off (keeper) and a streaker (female)

A blinding game, full of brilliant, PASSING football, majestic corners and free kicks that will leave us all wondering what all the fuss has been about
Is it morning already?

Think I might go after all then! What time is she coming on - and could she stay on and play upfront if we're looking to cause some distraction to Brighton's defence.
Pretty big game tonight so I think this could be a winner.....

Not aimed at me but I've been watching since 1964. Hardly missed agame in the Clough and Mackay eras, home or away. Hated what Docherty stood for, liked the Smith and Cox times, enjoyed Burley's teams, didn't care for Davies. Neutral on the likes of Addison, etc
The difference for me now, having watched both brilliant football and poor foootball in the past, is that I haven't the same level of expectation from this current squad. I think Clough has been bewildered at times by the difficulty of the job. He inherited a deal of "deadwood" as it's been called elsewhere. Some of it is still there, plus he's added a few of his own. However, I don't compare to previous squads because I think his time here is very different to others in terms of finance, contracts, players' greed etc.
I'd love to see a return to the good times. I've never expected anything other than a half way finish this season. That looks like a challenge now. I think he's bought some good players and some poor players. I think he has another 18 months to turn it round. I really hope he does.

Judging by your post, we a have similar history in supporting the Rams, and I agree with you about our current situation. The trouble seems to be any level of consistency. We have seen excellent football from NC's team (last season's 'purple patch') as well as some (lots) of dire performances. Consistency hasn't been helped by injuries which have at times severely affected the team, nor at times by Clough's selection/substitutions/tactics. I hope he gets it right, but I fear he may not. We are certainly in for a long, tough winter.
Tonight. 1 - 2. Brighton are a good passing team and unless we play 5 in midfield we will not see much of the ball and resort to hopeful, anxious football.

This has also got 0-0 written all over it, both sides generally struggling for goals, Brighton are quite possession orientated but havent been creating chances at all away from home of late. Both sides got injuries, a drab 0-0 draw.
