He'll never find another big club like Derby.

He might get into the squad, and not have a club. If I was a manager considering him, I'd wait and see how he performed in Europe - if he went.

He's on standby, along with some other decent players.
Seamus Coleman, Andy keogh etc didnt make the squad either, and some names that have been included, i wouldnt have bothered with.

Poor Greeny. I hoped he would make it.
On the transfer side, I hope his agent has advised him well. No-ome came in for him in January when everyone thought he was off. He seems a really decent bloke so It would be nice to see him get fixed up pretty quickly. I can't imagine it's a nice feeling to be left out of a major squad. He needs to get a deal signed so he can bugger off and recharge for a few weeks in the summer.

would be ironic if nobody wants him and he ends up signing again for derby on less than the original contract offered haha

Can't see Nige signing him back, and I think Greeny will find a club, just got a feeling it could be a lot smaller one.

Would be confused if Green made it into the squad over Hendrick though, it would make no sense other than a selection based on reputation.
Like I said, good luck to green but I can't help but feel if he steps up he'll just be a squad player / on the bench. I think he needs to step down a division if he wants to be more effective, be a good signing for Huddersfield or Swindon.

If Wes Hoolahan can't get into the squad, then Green should be nowhere near it!
