Good thread. Might be worth sorting all the currently playing to the bottom. Just an idea.

Might it be worth getting BUPA to sponsor us?

Good post RamNut. I can’t find this kind of information on the official website anymore. All I found last time I looked was ‘Sullivan’s Medical Blog’ – which was useless.

I expect the admin/mods will soon stickify this thread and pay you to keep it up to date if you want.

DET headline says Shackell should be fit for Saturday. But in the article Derby are just hopeful he will be fit. I think we all are, otherwise we might see Kilbane in CH

It's time for Stefan Galinski or Josh Lelan (though he is injured too).

Handy thread this but why does it list old injuries that are now cleared?

Would be better to keep it to current injuries only else you'll crash the server with such long posts soon enough!

Also, it's already out of date with some of the players' status.

Old injuries are relevant because they often come back and haunt players later in the season. It's highly likely that we've not seen the last of O'Brien's groin injury, for example, because he's not had the lay-off that he might get in pre-season for the same injury.

Do you reckon OB's groin will rear its ugly head again then?

With it seeing so much action every weekend, I can't see it any other way.

So it's not really an "injury watch" more of a "history of injuries"?

I'd find an Injury Status thread quite useful, is there no page on dcfc.co.uk for this any more? I'm sure there used to be?

Good info RamNut

Shows our main problem at the moment with Barker, Brayford, Bailey, Green, Davies and Tyson all crocked.

Interesting to see what happens with Paul Green though, others may not agree but I think he is good enough to come back into the starting 11? I thought he did well with Bailey and Moxey to be honest.

I thought it was interesting to see that Barkers current problems are a complete replay of what happened last summer.
Same with Anderson.

I'm a firm believer that when Barker is back fit again Shackell will then have a lay off to receive treatment. I think it will be sometime until we see them play together.

Same with Anderson.

But Barker's IS last seasons injured being sorted out properly instead of him playing through it.

Some of the people you have down as "injured - return date unknown" played in a friendly last week.

ffs....'no return date' is only stated against brayford, riggott and buxton
there is no way brayford played.
Both Riggott and Buxton are noted as back in training.
However if you know a return date when they will be available for first team selection then please feel free to share it with us.
